This is quite common in france. Sometimes you do shows where the audience don't laugh as much as you want. You can't laugh on the inside, oka, that' nok. smiles don't help in a comedy show. It has to come out. Maybe it was culture. Maybe they were being well behaved. Maybe they came for the english. They got that they had to laugh. But also, i think, ultimately, i have to take responsibility for this. This is a common thing in stand up. And what you what might happen is the comedian falls into the trap of blaming the audience,. and they go, oh, the audience are terrible. Now, fair
