Job market is the main, main driver, if you will, that i'm always watching. I would say that's maybe one thing that's changed year and a half. If we can't get it to half blow, its us. You know, there's only so far i can go. And i can't, i can't pounce. O my deal down to a 70 % occupancy. Atole yah, no, it's a big deal. Ind not qwite tree to i think finding deals that calf blow are difficult, but they're still out there.
