The Soundscape

The vancouver soundscape project was an attempt to study a city from the acrustic perspective. The team took nagra tapetek out into the city and made staro recordings. They also recorded keynote sounds, something that we don't pay attention to but is there in our wetness. A selection of these recordings were collected onto a two record set and released in 19 73. It detailed much of the sonic landscape in the city, with measurements and interpretations.
