The Hairdresser's Superpower

I've fought with hairdressers for 30 years to just say, this is my superpower. My pop told me that there's a 10, 10 rule and I'm actually going to share with you right after a commercial break. The number one complaint of every guest that walks in the door is that I love my hair, but I can't do it that same way when I go home. And so where I want to encourage you, no matter what business you're in, you know, educate, educate them.
