It took me a really long time to sort of look in the mirror and say, I am not going my weight or I'm not getting my shit done. And so being able to hold myself accountable on a day in a day out basis has been really game changing. So you're going to have days and weeks where you're not, we don't have your shit together. But knowing that there's a reset button is very helpful.
