I think shared context is probably the easiest, which is to say culturally and also in the software we build. Trust is hard especially as you scale it's harder, even when you're not in the same place. The classic kind of vulnerability builds trust I think is really true. Amazon has this condemnation between one way door and two way door decisions. And what we mean by that is, don't be paralyzed by things that are easily reversible.
