The Biden Administration's Attempt to Maintain Relations With the Israeli Security Establishment

Blinken and Sullivan have very good contacts with members of the Israeli security establishment, but not with actual cabinet ministers inside Israel that are part of the coalition. What they're trying to do is maintain relations from outside of the government, rather than working with the actual elected government of Israel. "I think it's a big problem when you get to real choices that will have to be made," says John Avlon.
