The Print Impresses Technology, Right?

I think there's a difference between technology and tech if you see what I'm saying. The print impresses technology, right? You wouldn't think of that as tech, high tech, you know what I mean? It's a tricky one. Like even with Kuzinsky, he had loads of technology, he had a battery radio,. obviously there were certain things in technology he didn't mind. With that said, how would you, if someone said right, just on the report, what is their ideology, what are they, their anti-tech, their Luddite, whatever, what would you say?
