How to Work Yourself Out of a Job

Six years ago, you were building the first face center. How do you work yourself out of a job? We got a couple of different things. I think part of it is when you're part of something either in the church or parachurch organization that's bigger than yourself. And if I need to focus on something else, I have to be open handed enough to say so and so is better at that.
