Stress is like a vital sign. We tend to not respect stress because it doesn't have any calories anyway. Stress that you're dieting on, yi, can't all enter your brain, literally. It's doing so mny devastating things to the body. And i feel like the enhanced stress of everyone duing covert definitely impacted our physical, in our mental health. So that has been one of the drivers.
