I think Mario made a perfectly reasonable point it looks like it's very very unusual for glucose to go above a certain amount in young healthy people under a certain age. But that's a very different statement from occasional rises or for example I've had a pizza at one o'clock in the morning before one of our studies and I think my glucose got to 11.3 11.5 for about 10 minutes and it came back down again. The key is does your pancreas go oh I need to just release a little bit more and bring the glucose back down again so I am still not convinced even if it's unusual that having a glucose rise to 11 or 11.1 that comes straight
