How to Set Leaders Up for Success
There's a natural, again, fight or flight response to getting constructive feedback. So I've actually built out a framework that allows the leaders to start with their team members in terms of self reflection and identifying solutions. Anytime we have any kind of rollout that involves role plays, we do enable our leaders to help lead some of those sessions and practice with the framework as well.
