The Check Formula for Success

I developed the check formula for success which is first you have to restore flexibility and that includes joint mobility not just muscles. I've rehabilitated several yoga instructors that blew discs out of their back doing amazing things as yogis not realizing that many of their joints were locked up and weren't moving so they have to transfer the force down to whatever will move.
