This year i'm raising up leaders. We've promoted from within this year like no other year in the history of john maxwell's organization. In all 18 years, i have promoted more people from within from 18 to 19 than has ever been promoted. As my responsibility, i've got to invision the future. I've got a focus on forward thanking, futuristic things that will impact the legacy of our brand. And so everything else either needs to be tagged as a distraction or allicated to somebody else's responsibility.
