Jeremy Hunt has rejected calls ahead of the budget to actually put a levy on single-use vapes. But there's a question of fines for people who are selling them to underage people. The deputy chief medical officer still sees vaping primarily as a tool to address smoking. She'd probably support the same regulation that we've just talked about, but she doesn't want to regulate it out of existence.
