How to Handle a Customer's Privacy Concerns

More traditional companies are saying, look, we need everything running on-prem or on our cloud. I think most of the larger customers actually prefer it to be on-prem. They all say that they will move to the cloud at one point, to be a public cloud but realistically speaking, it will take us a few good years.
