The Titan was the largest ICBM ever used or ever deployed. It had a nine megaton nuclear warhead. We got rid of them because number one, they were expensive. And number two, a bunch of them wound up in accidents that almost killed millions of people. That's going to be my campaign slogan when I won for precedent. Just a nuke detonating above Lake Superior. Why not? Why not? What do we get to lose?
