Psychiatry and Suicidal Patients

Dr. Ed Schneiderman was moonlighting at a state hospital covering for other psychiatrists and he had this crazy idea that I was looking at the world and feeling it through Nancy's feelings in her eyes. He said if you can really understand why I might have to kill myself to get out of the pain maybe I won't need to. She responded by just simply saying what made me smile today. That shifted things because see she felt a burden and  he couldn't stand her lying all the time but when she saw he cared about
