Solitary solitude is not simply being alone. You might be alone and not be in solitude if you're spending all your time thinking about society or engagin with with with social questions. And i think that's an open question, if one is forced into aloneness, whether one can actually still achieve a achieve solitude. Some have in very difficult circumstances. Tin there are several degrees of solitude? Are just one? No, i think there are. There are differences, for example, as to whether one thinks that in reading one is experiencing solitude.
