Dena: Who's responsible for educating the user? I would lean towards i t. Riht: For me, it was the age old question of whose accountable to actually do work in the organization. If there is a new office, three, six, five, any new application that is being introduced and we educate our users on how to use it, that will be yielding back on very, very many benefits.
