I have like a ton of grip trainers. I've got like live mice all the all the stuff But yeah, if you could especially also like sitting down, which is a big yeah, I'm standing right now. That's also a huge I'm a standing desk, but I took the standing part Because I don't like standing because it like hurts my knees and I don't likes sitting because it hurts my back.
