The Speed of Innovation Is Going to Slow Down
When I first got broadband, I had one megabit and then it got doubled to two. The day I got 20 was like this momentous day. And now 150 seems slow to me. It is a very common psychological effect for humans to say, okay, I've seen all of this change in my life. It's going to stop now. This is how it's going to be for the rest of my life. So I can't see us being on this infinite pace of innovation forever. But then also maybe that's what my parents were saying 30 years ago.
