How Much Dark Matter Is There?

The milky way is 95% dark matter that is spread out throughout the stars. In a cubic light year of space, there's less than one quarter of one thousandth of the mass of the sun. And if you zoom out to like, the whole volume of the earth, there'sLess than a kilogram of dark matter in thevolume of the earth. But we could be a lot clumpier than think these numbers are. We absolutely cannot tell if tis like a huge blob of dark matter that we're sitting in or if this almost no dark matter in our neighborhood. It just don't know.
