I try to ground a lot of the stuff just in my personal lived experience and I recently was thinking about you know if I reflect on my life pre existential crisis for instance or yeah. good thing is the is the malleability of it through awareness contour does that contradict uh our lack of free will isn't that a case for the the opposite? There's some there actually is some research out there that people are doing in terms of well where did the sense of agency and volition come from why did we evolve to have it in the first place.
