Praying the Psalms of Lament
The psalms basically capture every emotion or experience that the heart can have. They allow, they actually pull you out of the familiar places that you would most likely go based on the feelings you ot most often feel. And sometimes it may be hard because my emotions are not where that psalm is. But i'm going to lift my voice along people who are in deep, deep seasons of lament and ask god for help.
