The book Icki Guy is about living a long life and that's one part of it. The author says he was surprised by the assumption that a happy, well, I don't want to say happy per se, but that a long life is the end goal. There are other places that talk about these blue zones specifically that they called out in Inokanawa on Sardinian coast. It's not wrong and doing these things is not wrong, but the assumption behind it all, I'm not sure I buy 100%.
