Is There Something Wrong With Rationality?
Sometimes the results that come from rational thinking, or rational thinking applied to policy making, end up being less than desired. And you think that's also part of the reason why people have become so disillusioned with rationality. If you look at some of the greatest experiments in establishing society on rational principles, they have generally been huge disasters and often almost tragic or comical in retrospect.
