Is There a High Barrier to Entry?
There are only 460 licenses for the defense industry in India. It is an extremely capital intensive business, regardless of what value chan you enteriht. Even if you enter at a spare part manufacturing facility, it still requires upfront capital investment. This has been a focus area for the government since two thousand 14 and they've done certain things well and not so well. The goal of this policy is to increase the sectors turn over to 25 billion dollars and five billion exports by 20 25.
