Is There an Overton Window for Engagement Farming?

There's a lot of people out there who are very, I don't know. nuanced that it is doing the opposite of this that has really built a huge follower. Russell Brand is a good example; he sometimes gets into this exact state for his headlines and he plays the YouTube algorithm just like he needs to. It depends on the algorithm, right? Like, is there an overton window for engagement farming? We're saying that this is outside of the acceptability of engagement farming.
