A good rule of thumb is that an employee will cost about er 25 to 50 % more than just their salary. You need probably desk space, ar you need health insu rance, probably, depending on where you're based. And so all these things cost extra money on top of the salary. Finally, assuming paid acquisition costs remaind constant is anotherEr, another mistake that we see people make a lot Wast it may not seem like this, oftentimes, in the early days, it's actually easiest to find your early users.
