I think we've got to be careful about the way we talk about mental health and, and sometimes there are stereotypes in which we talk about it that are unnecessarily confusing. There was this constant barrage in the media of all these, you know, black lives that are just being gunned down in the streets bear in mind this is happening 3000 4000 miles away from me. I would often find myself crying without even understanding why. And I'm not suggesting that everybody who was on the left is depressed or any other thing like that. It's a season of depression for us right now so let's hope things get better soon.
