The Pitfalls of Data Strategy and Implementation
The data strategy and implementing it is not an IT only undertaking. This is a partnership with very clear roles and responsibilities, how we work with each other. If I don't have the right data, then my delay shipping product to the customer. That's not good customer experience. It also means the cash flows of the organization not being impacted. So again, connected to the business, but to do all of that.
