Cuenon's Scams and Frauds

CNN's John Sutter looks at a scam that has been going on for years. He says it reminds him of the early nineties, when crooks used prime european bank notes to fool people into investing their money in them. The scheme was eventually busted and one of its acolytes put up an online message claiming there was a secret war between good and evil trying to keep deat off the books. It might have been the first nine 11 conspiracy theory he saw.
