Gumrod is a social media app that lets users post pictures of themselves with money. The company has raised more than $100 million in funding since it launched last year. Founder and CEO says he's trying to make crowd funding cool, but there are limits on how much people can put into start-ups. He advises the government not to limit investors' ability to spend up to five thousand dollars per product or project.
