The Second Amendment Is Not Unconstitutional
The second amendment has nothing to do with gun ownership outside the context of a well regulated militia. Alexandra only had a summary of an investigation, and she's been trying to get her hands on the full report for a long time. The revolt of cincinnati was in 19 77, and i don't think i can overstate its importance. We start to see these challenges to what had been the prevailing interpretation of the second amendment for at least 100 years.
