The Importance of Balance in Life

Football management is sort of making you that way more myopic order it's a nature of the job obviously. It's definitely changed me i mean simple things like my interest in politics and reading different kind of books. lockdown actually brought that back to me a little bit  it was really nice to not go game game game game for a period and reflect and think and talk about different things. You do have to be obsessive you do have to work pretty much everybody else you can to tryYeah yeah you do you do because i think otherwise everybody would be like pep Guardiola it's not like that he's the best and new oven club but the best posh you've seen.
