Trans People and Transgender People's Gender

I'm trying to basically take what's worthwhile in a bunch of different conversations and put them together for cis people like hey here's a bunch of tools for thinking about gender. What I think I would say to trans people is I went through a period of time where I was connected with sort of like a T4T thing which has a connotations of trans separatism. When I was in my 30s and I was really looking for how to live not sort of the politics about it but like the everyday kind of like how am I going to make a life?
