What's the Pathway to Banking Cannabis Legislation?

CNN's John Defterios is optimistic about the future of cannabis. He says there was a time when everything seemed to be lip service on Capitol Hill. But now, he says, things are moving fast and it could happen this year or even in 2018. And that has changed his outlook for how investors can make money out of marijuana.
