Swiss home ownership is the lowest in europe. When interust rates reduce, you see kind of this boom in second and third home ownership. So that' whare it's a very important study to assess where the housing markets are heading in switzerland. Another project that i'm actually working on right now is to build an illete quality index in india. It's a big multi country project of elite quality index.
