There's such privilege that comes with being able to live a life where you are eating everything that you're supposed to and not putting anything out in your body. Long before she was diagnosed I said long before it was like a year but like maybe maybe two years a year, year and a half, two years before I was diagnosed I came to the conclusion after examining how I was feeling that I needed to cut out gluten. The second it was gone out of my diet I felt better I had less brain fog and then throw in the ADHD diagnosis  and so we're just setting ourselves up for a breakdown by making the rules way too strict.
