The importance of sub max training has really caught on with many coaches. And i don't know if people are training 20 kilometers a day or not, but i think it, i think that's been cut back. Ten i think that in observation, or a anecdotal evidence that you gather as a coach or a clinician and can, in many ways, lead the way it leads science. Think, ow, that's what you were seeingand i certainly have seen it.
