How to Extract the Most Out of Tigs Underlying Data?

Roll based policies aren't necessarily working for them very well any more. Some companies are really saying, i need something more that is more along a use case,. What am i using that data for? It's not just who am i and what's my job, but what am i going to be using it for? And in that context is it acceptable to be accessing and using the data?
