How Do You Outline?

The best book i ave read on outline is take off your pants by livy hawker. The core of her system basically is that you have a protagonist who wants something, and an antagonist who probably wants the same thing. And the hero is either going to win or lose at the end. I start with that. Here's my protagonist. This is what the story is. Here's the struggle. Does the protagonist win? Usually yes, but not always. Or maybe they win in a way they didn't expect. From there, i have some ideas for how i wanted to start and how i want it to end, and i kind of build in the rest. At the end
