Low Intensity Training Improves Heart Rate Variability

There's some really fascinating studies that have come out recently on heart rate variability. I think it takes an adaptation to the higher volume low intensity training. Like I think you're not gonna see those HRV gains in the first week or two. It takes stacking those up over time and allowing the body to adapt. The problem is when they start creeping up into research zone two, research zone three without even realizing it.
