The Beginning of a Billing System
We had no idea what billing was. We started with just the ability for everyone to define their own structure. Each one could do it their own way, which I think became very important because three different groups did tumor registries. And we kept saying to the second one, why don't you use the first to the third one? They all wanted it its own way. That's not how it is now, but that's how we started.
