Too many people sign up with a coach they don't really see a lot of progressor putting in the work, and just kind of blame it on themselves. I highly recommend that when you enter a coaching agreement that you have some sort of clause or some sort of trial period where you basiclly say, hey, if i'm not happy results in the first,. let's say, three months, four months, six months, then all bets are off - there's no commitment. If you've been doing business for a few years, you probably know more than you think. No one actually tells you anything you didn't know. The best coaches are those who hold you accountable to your goals
