Could This Be Used for Fraud Detection?

We tried to build machine learning models to detect, ota product level, which products were engaged in incentivized reviews. The problem that we found was that our models performed like reasonably well. But even a model that looks good at 80 % precision is not good enough to be used in production. Even the 20% false positive can amount to millions of dollars in revenue.
