Knees Out Is Depth
The first rep is a half inch above parallel. Next raps below parallel. Knees out is depth. If your stants does not support knees out, you may have trouble getting depth. The only fit person i remember ever having seen not be able to get below parallel with a good lumbar position by getting their knees out of the way. At a 30, 35 degree angle from the pelvis, from the frontal plane, then you may have difficulty getting depth. But this fixes it.
