How to Check-in With Employees Quickly
A 15 minute check-in is a small time investment that saves you a lot of time on the back end. It's not really me checking how they're feeling, it's both. We get to see how does this employee think, how do they behave? And to me 15 minutes a week with 10 people is less time than what we're spending addressing underperformance on teams when things blow up.
