I don't like the trade for Memphis. You're getting a guy that's best basketballs behind him. Ties Jones is really, really good. He wanted a bigger role it sounds like. I think Derek White gets that starting spot as a point guard. Not over Malcolm Brogdon. No way. The Celtics are going to feel Marcus Smart leaving like that's going to be a big impact.
